Conditions

All rentals are subject to an exemption of 400 ¤ + VAT for turisms and vans, 600 € + VAT for trucks and 800 € + VAT for vip cars and 4x4, maximal amount of which the client is responsible in case of loss or theft of the vehicle during the rental with Aurorent

The petrol must be paid by the client

The contracted insurance will only cover the damages to the car if the renting party fills in correctly the corresponding Accident Inform , where all the details of the car and the drivers implicated must appear and the conditions and circumstances of the same.

Partial responsibility exemption in case of total or partial theft of the vehicle, and no justified damages.

The insurance does not cover the damages on the upper side of the bodywork, whatever category it may be, when it occurs as consequence of a collision or crash against trees, tunnels, bridges, garages and garage doors, and in general against other kinds of objects, as consequence of an incorrect consideration of height from the drivers side.

The insurance does not cover, in any case ,the damages to the bottom of the car(incl. the Carter), nor to the wheel rim and tyre of the vehicle, whatever its category, when it is due to the car being overloaded over the authorized limits in the Driving Permission and the Car Technical Card or by driving the car in places like the beach, inappropriate paths, forest roads, mountains, etc, and no authorized and paved roads; damages produced by crashes against stones or any other object and potholes on the road; and those produced to tyres and wheel hubs by crashes against kerbs due to parking manoeuvres, including punctures. Loosing or breakage of keys or remote control.

The insurance does not cover in any case the loss, pilfering or damages in relation to objects and goods, including luggage or merchandise, transported, deposited or saved in the vehicle by the tenant or any other occupant of the same.

TENANTS / DRIVERS

The tenant must be in possession of his driving licence, with at least 2 years of experience and must be at least 24 years old.

The driver of the vehicle must be the same person indicated as ? Driver of the vehicle? in the contract, as this person will be responsible for the car. The driver must be the person who signs the rental contract. The drives must present his driving licence by collecting the car. A second person will be allowed to drive the vehicle, when he/she is in possession of his/her driving licence. This service has no additional costs.
